1. What is this product about?
The etc. Prepaid Mastercard (“Card”) is a payment card and a salary card. This product emphasises financial accessibility with a future digital payment lifestyle where users can access their account via etc. wallet to perform bill payments, online money transfer, account maintenance (including blocking your Card, manage limits and enabling overseas transactions), balance check, transaction history, reload, and many more. This product is meant for individuals including foreigners who are unbanked.

3. How to activate the etc. Prepaid Mastercard and when can I use my etc. prepaid Mastercard?
Once you have received your etc. Prepaid Mastercard, you are required to activate the Card by registering through our etc. e-wallet apps (available on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery). You may start using the Card with wallet size of RM10,000 once we have reviewed and approved your application.
4. What are the fees and charges I have to pay?
The fees and charges imposed on etc. Prepaid Mastercard are as per the table below:

6. What are the major risks?
If your Card is lost or stolen or you suspect that you have been the victim of unauthorised transactions, you must immediately block your etc. Prepaid Mastercard via etc. wallet apps or contact Bayo Customer Service at +603-7621 5151. Bayo Customer Service working hours are from 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Please note that we are only able to deactivate the etc. Prepaid Mastercard upon receipt of proper notice of loss or theft and will not be liable for any losses, damages, and unauthorized transactions. Although we will try our best to assist you, we are not obligated to entertain any dispute filed after fourteen (14) business days from the date of transaction or date of payment sent.
7. How to get a replacement card? Will my existing balance be transferred to my replacement card?
To request for a replacement card, you may contact our Customer Service via calls at +603-7621 5151 or drop an email to support@bayo.my. The replacement process might take up to 10 working days. Your existing balance will be transferred to your replacement card within 5 working days from your replacement card issued date.
