etc.CLAB is an exclusive brand with product & solution line-up that transpired from the collaboration programme between Construction Labour Exchange Centre Berhad (“CLAB”) Malaysia and Bayo Pay (M) Sdn Bhd (a licensed entity under BNM to issue Designated Payment Instrument under S.11 of the FSA 2013 and a Principal Member of Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. and referred to as “Bayo”).
This is part of the government’s initiative to enhance the service delivery to stakeholders and also to digitally advance the construction industry in Malaysia.
The etc.CLAB programme consists of products designed to cater to different stakeholders under this programme; etc.CLAB Card, etc.CLAB Wallet and etc.CLAB Portal as well as Payroll function via Bayo Salary Disbursement Platform. etc.CLAB Card, etc.CLAB Wallet and etc.CLAB Portal are developed for the use of foreign workers under CLAB Malaysia, whilst Bayo Salary Disbursement Platform is made for the use of employers to disburse salary to the foreign workers/construction personnel.
