The MoneyMatch Prepaid Mastercard (“Card”) is an exclusive brand with a product & solution lineup developed for the use of all eligible individuals as the future digital payment lifestyle where users can also access their account via the accompanying MoneyMatch eWallet Mobile App to perform bills and payments transaction, online money transfer, account maintenance, balance check, transaction history and reload.
Once you have received your MoneyMatch Prepaid Mastercard, you are required to activate the Card by registering through our MoneyMatch eWallet Mobile App (available on Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery). The card will be activated within 2 to 5 working days, subject to BPSB’s review and approval. You may start using the Card with wallet size of RM10,000 once we have reviewed and approved your application.
The fees and charges imposed on MoneyMatch Prepaid Mastercard are as per the table below:

If your Card is lost or stolen or you suspect that you have been the victim of unauthorised transactions, you must immediately block your MoneyMatch Prepaid Mastercard via MoneyMatch eWallet Mobile App or contact Bayo Customer Service at +603-7621 5151. Bayo Customer Service working hours are from 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. on Monday to Friday and from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on Public Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Please note that we are only able to deactivate the MoneyMatch Prepaid Mastercard upon receipt of proper notice of loss or theft and will not be liable for any losses, damages, and unauthorized transactions. Although we will try our best to assist you, we are not obligated to entertain any dispute filed after fourteen (14) business days from the date of transaction or date of payment sent.
To request for a replacement card, you may contact our Customer Service via calls at +603-7621 5151 or drop an email to support@bayo.my. The replacement process might take up to 10 working days. Your existing balance will be transferred to your replacement card within 5 working days from your replacement card issued date.
